David Selig

David has over twenty years of experience in M&A, management consulting and financial services. He serves as a champion and advocate for Advice Dynamics’ clients, as he shepherds them through their complex transactions.
David has authored two white papers on the subject of mergers & acquisitions for Fidelity Institutional Wealth Services and Schwab Advisor Services, and he is a regularly featured speaker on mergers, acquisitions, and succession at conferences and industry events around the country.
David holds an MBA from the Graduate School of Business at Columbia University and a BA from University of California at Santa Barbara.
Eva Selig

Eva is a seasoned management consultant with expertise directing strategy and operations for start-ups to large companies across many sectors, including professional services. She brings this expertise to clients’ go to market strategies and also leads Advice Dynamics’ strategy development, business planning and operations including overseeing special projects.
Eva holds an MBA from the Graduate School of Business at Columbia University, and a BA from University of California at Berkeley.

Rob is an executive coach and mentor for ADP clients and their key stakeholders, helping improve communication, messaging and alignment of interest relating to M&A.
Rob’s experience spans 40 years in banking, finance and secondary education. He led Mergers & Acquisitions at Bank of America as Senior Vice President and Managing Director. He also held senior positions at Wells Fargo, Merrill Lynch, Table Rock Capital and Woodberry Forest School. In 2012, Rob founded Inflection Point, a highly customized executive consulting practice.
Rob is a graduate of Stanford University Graduate School of Credit and Financial Management, the Harvard Business School Program for Managerial Development and the Columbia Business School Program for Coaching Certification. Rob also holds a BA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

With a keen eye for financial trends and a proven ability to translate complex financial concepts into clear and actionable insights, Matt connects with clients no matter where they are in their growth journey. Matt works closely with ADP sell-side clients on M&A transactions, developing go-to-market strategies and assisting in financial models preparation. For buy-side clients, Matt helps develop growth and marketing programs, and prepares them for inorganic growth via M&A. Prior to working in financial services, Matt was a brand strategist for Fortune 500 companies.
